Buzz Lightyear is a heroic space ranger with real laser action and flying...er, falling with style. He controls enemies on the field with his anti-gravity bubbles.

Buzz flies into the air and fires his laser, dealing 150k + 1sp damage to all enemies.
Buzz encases an enemy in an anti-gravity bubble, stunning the enemy for 8 seconds.
The stun has a chance to fail against enemies higher than level <level>.
Buzz uses his anti-gravity bubble to knock back an enemy, dealing 200k + 2sp damage to the enemy as well.
Every 3rd basic attack, Buzz's laser now pierces through his target and hits any additional enemies behind the first target. Each additional enemy takes 75k + 1bd damage.
Buzz's basic attacks, "Laser Action", and "Power Up" bypass shields and deal an extra 400k+0.4bd damage to enemies with shields.
"Laser Action" also blinds enemies for 8 seconds.
The blind has a chance to fail against enemies above level <level>.
