Fred shoots a burst of flame at all nearby enemies, dealing 600k + 6sp True Damage initially, then 300k + 3sp True Damage per second for 7 seconds.
Fred lets out a burst of smoke, removing any Freeze effects on all allies. This grants Fred and his allies 5 stacks of Hardy, and Blinds all enemies for 10 seconds.
The Freeze removal and Blind have a chance to fail against units above Level <level>.
Fred lifts up his sign, Counters the next Basic Attack and deals 500k + 5sp Normal Damage to the closest enemy. After he Counters, Fred gains 500k Reality and 450k Armor for 8 seconds.
Fred can Counter with this skill once every 8 seconds.
Once per wave, when Fred reaches 75% of his Max HP, he lights his sign on fire and removes all Disables from himself.
For the rest of the wave, Fred cannot be Frozen and he Heals for 200% of all True Damage dealt by himself and allies, up to a max of 1300k HP per instance of True Damage dealt.
The Heal from this skill is less effective when the True Damage is being dealt by units above Level <level>.
The initial damage for "Fire-Breathing Lizard" is increased by 600k True Damage.
Once per wave when Fred reaches 50% of his Max HP, he Cleanses himself and gains 1000 Energy.
When Fred uses "Sign On Fire" he also removes all Freeze effects from his allies. After this happens, Fred's allies cannot be Frozen for the rest of the wave.
