Quackerjack pulls out Mr. History, Scaring enemies for 13 seconds and applying 4 stacks of Fatigue to enemies. Fatigue blocks 1 buff from being applied and then is removed.
The Scare and stacks of Fatigue have a chance to fail against enemies above level <level>.
Quackerjack throws a Mr. Banana-Brain at the enemy with the most stacks of Fatigue and it explodes, dealing 580k+8.5sp Damage to enemies in an area and an additional 370k+4.85sp Damage per stack of Fatigue each damaged enemy has.
Quackerjack can do a max of 9000k Damage to each enemy with this skill.
The robot teddy bear applies 1 stacks of Fatigue to nearby enemies every 2 seconds and 2 stacks of Fatigue to nearby enemies when he is summoned with "Terror Teddy."
Applying the stacks of Fatigue has a chance to fail against enemies above level <level>.
When Quackerjack uses "Terror Teddy" and summons the robot teddy bear, Scared enemies are also Distracted by it for 12 seconds. Distracted enemies prefer to target the robot teddy bear.
