Passive: Vinny does not gain any Energy when he takes damage but gains an additional 100 Energy when he damages an enemy with his Basic Attack.
Active: Vinny sets off a TNT explosion across the battlefield, dealing 500k + 5sp Normal Damage to nearby enemies as it passes by.
Vinny pulls out a bundle of TNT and throws it at the closest enemy. The TNT explodes after 2 seconds, dealing 600k + 6sp Normal Damage to nearby enemies.
Vinny throws a road flare onto the battlefield that lasts 7 seconds, dealing 150k + 2sp Normal Damage per second to nearby enemies and Blinding them for the duration of the flare.
Vinny's Basic Attacks now deal 450k + 4.5sp Normal Damage to enemies near his initial target. The additional Energy gained from "Boom!" is increased by 200% when he damages 2 or more enemies with a single Basic Attack.
Vinny's Armor is increased by 100% and his Reality is increased by 100% while his Energy bar is more than 30% full.
Vinny blocks all Attack Speed increases applied to enemies for the first 5 seconds of each wave. Enemies that have Attack Speed increases blocked in this way are Stunned for 10 seconds.
The Attack Speed block and Stun have a chance to fail against enemies above Level <level>.
